Meet the Moves Team
Say hello to one of Los Angeles' most iconic fitness instructors. If you’ve ever attended a Bridget Anderson class, you know it’s hard to put into words the feelings she evokes.
Bridget's journey began at an early age, when she became a national record-holding pole vaulter, competing for UCLA and later professionally, achieving titles such as the Irish National Champion. After earning her bachelor's degree from UCLA and a master’s degree from CSUN, she turned her passion for athletics into a successful coaching career.
For 21 years, Bridget coached track and field, transitioning from high school to collegiate coaching at CSUN and UCLA. Her dedication to her athletes and her love for strength and conditioning led to numerous certifications, shaping her into an exceptional coach and mentor.
Ten years ago, while coaching at UCLA, Bridget discovered her second passion: Yoga. Despite advice to choose one path, she embraced both, finding joy and fulfillment in each. Bridget’s journey with yoga began in 2014, when a shoulder injury led her to explore new forms of movement. She found freedom in yoga, which transformed her approach to fitness and well-being.
As she closes her chapter at UCLA, Bridget is excited to fully dedicate herself to her greatest passion—movement. Bridget Anderson Moves is the culmination of her lifelong commitment to physical and mental well-being, offering transformative experiences that connect the body, mind, and spirit.
Morgan Evans is the creative eye of Bridget Anderson Moves. With a background as a former agent for models and photoshoot producer, Morgan now serves as the creative director at Hudson Loft, co-owns Create.Repeat, and owns Season of Sunday, a mental health advocacy brand. Morgan's expertise in content creation, her passion for mental health, and her love for physical fitness have led her to her latest venture: Bridget Anderson Moves.
Being in Bridget's class was the first time Morgan felt her mind and body connect deeply; it felt transformative, like a level above therapy, Morgan jokes. Having the opportunity to partner with Bridget and unite her passion for mental health and physical wellness feels cosmic!
