Meet Bridget Anderson, one of LA’s most iconic fitness instructors. If you’ve ever stepped into one of her classes, you know it’s an experience words can’t capture. Bridget’s story started as a record-holding pole vaulter for UCLA, going on to win titles like the Irish National Champion. With a bachelor’s from UCLA and a master’s from CSUN, she spent 21 years coaching track and field, from high school teams to collegiate athletes at CSUN and UCLA, while collecting certifications that made her an exceptional mentor.

Ten years ago, while coaching at UCLA, a shoulder injury led Bridget to yoga, sparking a passion that would change her approach to movement forever. Now, as she wraps up her time at UCLA, she’s all-in on her true calling—Bridget Anderson Moves. It’s the perfect blend of body, mind, and spirit, created to inspire and connect through movement.

Sunday Sessions

Launched in August 2024, Sunday Sessions is the official pop-up class by Bridget Anderson Moves, and we’re excited to continue this journey into 2025. It has been an incredible way to unite our community, collaborate with partner brands, and share our mission with the world.

This marks a significant milestone as it’s the first time in eight years that Bridget has ventured into a solo project. Don’t worry, you can still find Bridget at Hot 8 and CorePower Yoga throughout the week!

Sunday Sessions are crafted to reflect Bridget’s vision to the fullest. Hosted at different locations each month, these pop-up classes are designed to create an atmosphere of freedom, fun, and inspiration. With Bridget’s unique, uplifting approach, there’s no better way to experience the powerful connection between physical health and mental wellness.
